Consider This
There are various teachings and doctrines in the church today which, depending upon the church, have become ingrained. Many of those are true. However, there are some that are, at the very least, shaky; but they've become such a part of the particular body that they aren't questioned. God has entrusted us, as His followers, to continually search His Word, and to prove what is truth. We have to understand that, just because someone has been taught in a prestigious seminary, it doesn't mean that they've learned what God wants them to learn. Remember: Saul was a Pharisee of the Pharisees before he became Paul.
